COVERAGE FOR ALL HOMES AT LEAST 2ft UNDER GROUND OR MORE.

Pet fee is one time non-refundable $200 fee for the First Pet and $100 for the Second Pet. Limit of 2 pets/household and monthly rent of $20/Pet.
The $500 Deposit is required to secure the house for the selected tenant. It is a holding fee and non-refundable after 72 hours. The remaining deposit balance must be paid prior to move-in.
On Deposit and Rent Payments, we accept Checks, Money Order, Western Union, etc. Cash is not accepted!
Prior to moving in, tenant must show Proof of Renters Insurance and Transfer of Utilities (Citizen Energy, AES Indiana, etc.)
Appliance Rental is available upon request.
