SEWER BACK UP AND SUMP PUMP COVERAGE FOR ALL HOMES AT LEAST 2ft UNDER GROUND OR MORE.

Pet fee is one time non-refundable $200 fee. Pets are $20 per month, per pet. Limited to 2 pets per household.
-Cash Deposits and/or Rent Payments are not accepted.
Deposits are equal to the rent amount. Half of the deposit is needed after tenant is selected. Deposits will be held 30 Days. If tenant is not approved for any reason deposit will be returned within 30 days.
At the time that unit is officially ready and approved Tenant Must be ready to:
Pay remaining deposit, Connect utilities within 5 days (including weekends) and, Provide proof of renters insurance
